UNCERTAIN. Seal (Bronze, 17 mm, 4.48 g), a conical Roman lead seal, circa 3rd-4th centuries. ΦPY Turreted female (Phrygia?), with billowing drapery behind, seated to right, holding tablet adorned with swastika in both hands. A very interesting piece. Good very fine.
